Dumbarton Studios is a main television studios site in the west of Scotland.
History
It opened around 2008. It is built on a former large whisky bottling plant that closed in 1998.
Structure
It has a floor area of around 18,000 sq ft. It is in the north-west of Dumbarton, south of the A82.
Productions
It produces television series for the BBC Scotland channel.[1]
