Dumi Masilela
Dumi Masilela (31 May 1988, Kempton Park, Gauteng – 3 August 2017[1][2]) was a South African actor, singer, and soccer player, best known for playing "Sifiso Ngema" on Rhythm City (TV series).
Music and Television
Dumi joined the popular soapie Rhythm City (TV series) and plays the role of the popular street kid Sifiso Ngema, who hustles his way through life. In 2012, he made it to the Top 18 of the Idols SA season eight, M-Net singing competition.
Death
Masilela was shot in the upper body and later died on 3 August 2017 in hospital as a result of his injuries[3]
