Dussur is a Saudi Arabian government company which was established in 2014 by Royal Decree. Owned jointly by three of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s largest and most respected organizations, the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund (PIF), Saudi Aramco and SABIC (Saudi Basic Industries Corporation) . The company started operating in February 2016.:[1][2]
The company focuses on investments in the Kingdom through joint venture partnerships with global industry leaders, with each investment designed to be sustainable and active in the fields of: Power and Water, Maritime and Oil & Gas. In May 2016 Dussur and GE signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to co-invest in strategic sectors that will help develop and localize industrial value chains in Saudi Arabia.
