Dwayne Jenner (born 17 November 1990, in Benoni) is a South African rugby union player, who most recently played with the [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]].[1] His regular position is centre.

Career

Sharks

Jenner joined the [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]] in 2009, playing for [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]] side that year and for the [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]] side in 2010. He made his first class debut for a Sharks Invitational side in a compulsory friendly prior to the 2010 Currie Cup Premier Division, coming on as a first-half substitute against the [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]] and scoring a try within ten minutes of coming on.[2] He was named in their squad for the 2011 Vodacom Cup, but failed to make an appearance.

Border Bulldogs

He joined the East London-based [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]] during 2011. His senior debut for the Bulldogs came during the 2011 Currie Cup First Division, against the [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]] in Wellington.[3] He made five appearances for them before dropping down to the Under-21 side. He made three appearances for the [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]] side during the 2011 Under-21 Provincial Championship competition, scoring a try in their semi-final match against [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]].[4] He helped them win the Division B final against the [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]][5] and gain promotion to Division A by beating the [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]].[6]

He made his Vodacom Cup debut during the 2012 Vodacom Cup, with his start against Argentinian side [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]][7] being one of five appearances in the competition. He made a further sixteen appearances for the Bulldogs in the Currie Cup First Division competitions in 2012 and 2013, as well as representing the Southern Kings in a warm-up match against the [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]] in 2012.[8]

Eastern Province Kings

He joined the [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]] prior to the 2014 season.[9] In June 2014, he was selected on the bench for the [[{{{tan}}}|{{{t}}}]] side to face Wales during a tour match during a 2014 incoming tour. He made his debut for the EP Kings when he came on as a late substitute in a 12–34 defeat.[10]
