He first appeared in Nancy Drew Case Files: Stay Tuned for Danger. He becomes Nancy's agent. After a scheduled meeting with him, the player can speak to him on the phone. He is considered to dislike Rick Arlen. The game allows the player to ask him for hints. He is a failed actor. His clients' files can be found in a cabinet in his office.
