e-Doley Finance is an African company created in 2011 by Ernest Tewelyo. Specialized in financial services including foreign exchange, money transfer, electronic money. In 2013, the company launches e-Doley Cash, which designs turnkey financial inclusion solutions for mobile banking[1].[2]

e-Doley is an original name, a protected trademark, between local dialect and international financial language, which translates the notion of money. e-Doley Finance, the "e" of e-commerce, to symbolize the move towards new payment technologies; "Doley" as a reminder of money in the O'myènè language of Gabon or, in other African languages such as Wolof... the word sounds English, recalling that the world of "Finance" is under English Saxon[1].

It is recognized as the first fintech in the digital banking sector in Gabon. The story of e-Doley begins with the winning return to Africa of its founder who launched on June 21, 2011 in Libreville Gabon his company in the exchange and transfer of money before investing fully in the digital.

Since its creation in 2011, the start-up e-Doley Finance has started by focusing on foreign exchange and money transfer activities.
