ELENI KOKKALI

Born in Athens in 1953. Married to Sokratis Kokkalis; she has three sons. Founded FLASH 96 FM in 1989; since 1990, FLASH has been Greece’s leading news radio station. President of FLASH S.A.’s Board of Directors. (1989-2004) President of SPORTNEWS S.A. Multimedia Enterprise's Board of Directors. (1999-2004) President and Founder of the Union of Private Athens Radio Stations Owners (EIRA) (1993-2003). The largest private radio stations in Greece are members of the Union. Former Vice President (1998-2000) of the Association of European Radios, in which the unions of private radio stations of European Union member states participate.
