ENZO, born Saurav Malhotra on March 6, 1993 in Bombay, India, is an lyricist, music composer, singer, and rapper. He composed many songs, including Vroom Vroom for singers Simranjeet Singh and Badshah.[1] He first came to light as a rapper in his debut single Main Deewana, featuring Simranjeet Singh; for which ENZO wrote and composed the music.[2] Another song he composed was Ready To Party.[3] ENZO composed Blush for Deep Money, which was released in February 2017.[4] His debut single as a singer, Supna, was released on April 13, 2017, on the official Zee Music Company YouTube channel.[5] He is working towards other solo singles and collaborations as of now. He is experimenting with different genres and is planning to branch out into different music styles. He is still attending college as of 2017. His YouTube channel is ENZO MUSIC, on which he released a mashup, titled BEST BOLLYWOOD SONGS OF 2016 (ENZO COVER) 10 SONGS MASHUP, with a good response.[6]
Personal life
Saurav was born in Bombay, India and was brought up in Delhi. His father is a retired navy officer, who now owns a business of textile testing machines. His mother is a housewife. He has one elder brother who is a teacher. He can speak Hindi, Punjabi and English. He likes coconuts and his favourite colours are pink, blue, black and white.
When he was 17, Saurav took an interest in music and began uploading music to YouTube. He used to write songs in his exam books, and says music is in his blood. His musical inspirations are Jason Derulo, Chris Brown, The Weeknd, Drake (musician), Yo Yo Honey Singh, and Badshah. He has worked with famous music companies such as T-Series, Zee Music Company, and Sony Music India. He has collaborated with many big stars such as Badshah, Deep Money, Inder Dosanjh and Simranjeet Singh.[2]
His stage name, ENZO, was inspired by Entertainment Zone, EN from entertainment, and ZO from Zone.
His interests include writing, composing, singing and rapping, as well as hanging out with his friends.
