History[edit]

In 1943, Rozzi Clark purchased Rocky Mountain Evergreen Nursery, a 160-acre nursery plot consisting of over 1 million spruce trees. Several years following the expansion of Evergreen Supply Company, the Clark sons led an LP gas, real estate, and heavy construction company.
