ESN KAPA Athens
ESN KAPA Athens is a non-profit organization aiming to help incoming students of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens under the European student exchange program ‘Erasmus’. It was established in 2008; it is a member of ESN Greece and ESN International, and its members are students of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens who have participated in the Erasmus program and want to voluntarily contribute to the quick adjustment of their foreign fellow students, both in the university and Greek society. This way, the university and the country are being promoted abroad.
In collaboration with the International Relations office of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, ESN KAPA Athens contributes to students' efforts to find accommodation by undertaking the completion of the necessary procedures. In addition, cultural events that aim to make students aware of Greek traditions and social Erasmus activities are equally important, while many parties all over Athens are organized, always trying to ensure the best possible offers for all the Erasmus students.
Moreover, ESN KAPA Athens helps outgoing Erasmus students, by providing them with all the necessary information about the Erasmus programme and the host countries. ESN KAPA Athens has statutes which regulate the organization, while every student of the National and Kapodistrian University who has already been on exchange or is planning to do so can become an official member.
To sum up, ESN KAPA Athens is an organization that relies completely on the voluntary contributions of its members, who draw their strength and motivation from the satisfaction they get by helping their fellow students from all over Europe.
