eSign Genie is a company that provides electronic signature technology through its cloud-based SaaS platform. The signatures from eSign Genie are encrypted and legally binding to ensure auditing and legal compliance of digital transactions. Founded in 2014, eSign Genie is headquartered in Cupertino, California.[1][2]

Services[edit]

eSign Genie digital signatures are based on cryptography, namely the public key infrastructure. In order to provide valid and legally binding signatures, eSign Genie uses 256 bit encryption, certificate of completion, and audit trail. It is compliant with American legal acts such as UETA, ESIGN, HIPAA, FINRA, and CFR Part 11. Company servers are hosted in a secure SSAE 16 facility.[3][1]

The platform is used by companies in sales, HR, legal, IT and procurement departments for business transactions such as closing deals, onboarding vendors and employees, and automating internal workflow-based transactions. Its application programming interfaces (APIs) are used to integrate e-signatures directly into company websites or software applications.[1][4]
