East Taihang Glasswalk
The East Taihang Glasswalk is a tourist glass-bottomed footpath located in East Taihang Mountains, Hebei Province, China. It measures 266 metres (872 ft) along the mountain cliff, at 1180 metres (3871 ft) high above sea level.
The bridge gained notoriety after videos of it cracking under people's feet surfaced on the internet. The East Taihang district administration subsequently apologised for the incident, stating that the bridge was not defective but had a few fragments in one of the layers to create the effect.
