Eco Deals Programme is an initiative to protect wildlife and conserve critical habitats of Southeast Asia being prolonged yearly[1]

Description

It was launched by Agoda in 2022 in collaboration with World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). Programme suggests for yearly high season except pre-arranged mandatory minimum donation to WWF by the company, an additional donation with a level up to 100% of mandatory one, dependant of number of tourists used the company's service who probably attracted with additonal special discounts[1][2].

Program was positioned to help to provide marketing support to different hoteliers across Indonesia as one as supported the ecosystem restoration of Bukit Tigapuluh National Park at the years 2022-2023[3][4][5][6].

As agoda claims ASEAN Tourism Forum expressed their support to the program on 2023-2024.[7][8]

Year to year program guaranteed minimum (by company itself) and planned maximum (with tourists' additional taxation on the levels from 5% to 15%) yearly donations goal being raised with a total result of 1,4M USD donated as of 2025[9]

According to WWF the area where wildlife protection is covered by the program includes 8 sites in different South East Asian countries.[1]
