Edward Esene

Edward Esene (born February 18, 1983 in Ikeja, Lagos) is a Nigerian Business Startup coach. He is the co-founder of Plus Incubation Hub.[1][2][3]

Early life and career

Edward Esene was born on February 18, 1983 in Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. Esene attended Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) and gained a degree in Applied Geology in 2006. He also attended Center for Management Development, Lagos Nigeria where he became a Certified Management Trainer. He is also a global scholarship recipient and alumnus of the Centre for Global Excellence (CGE). He has served as a mentor and consultant on several projects such as; The FGN Youwin Project, the Presidency Amnesty program, The Bank of Industry Industry (BOI) YES-P & GEF programs, the Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF) Entrepreneurship Program, VC4Africa Mentors Capital, Global Startup Weekend, iCEP project by Industrial Training Fund (ITF), United Nations Hult Prize and GIZ- GOPA SEDIN Programme.[4][5][6]

He is the co-founder of Plus Incubation Hub[7] and had served as a Senior consultant at Kinetic Associates.[8]

Personal life

Edward is married to Opeoluwa Oyindamola Esene.
