Eekoworld
Eekoworld was an educational video game that taught children about caring for the environment. The game was created by PBS Kids. The website had two games: Eekohouse and Eekoworld. In Eekohouse, the user controlled a person in a house and chose between two options for household issues; one option was more eco-friendly. (For example, one issue showed a sink faucet turned on, and the player chose to turn off the faucet or leave it on). Eekoworld was essentially the same, but instead of being inside a house, the setting was the outside world. It also had a video section that taught viewers how to be more eco-friendly. The website featured a mascot named Cheeko, who appeared in videos and gave tips and facts about eco-friendliness and world issues. It was discontinued in 2018[1] due to Flash being shut down after 2020.
