Eldin Čengić (born 26 December 1996) is a Bosnian professional football manager who is the manager of First League of FBiH club FK Mladost Doboj Kakanj. He is regarded as youngest professional Bosnian football manager.
During his early career, Čengić has managed youth players (U15) in Bosnian famous club FK Željezničar Sarajevo.
In January 2021 he became assistant manager of Nemanja Miljanović in Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In July 2021 he was the youngest ever manager that has managed in the U19 Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina he had many success with FK Mladost Doboj Kakanj U19 team, and was the youngest Bosnian manager to have a UEFA A Licence at the time.
On 24th of January 2022 he was promoted as the new head coach of FK Mladost Doboj Kakanj first team. Now he became youngest ever coach in history of First League of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina at age of 25.
