Elena Ashoti Nikoghosyan (October 26, 1990, Yerevan, Armenia), better known by her stage name Elena Yerevan, is an Armenian singer and musician.
Biography[edit]
Elena was born on October 26, 1990 in Yerevan, Armenia. In 1996 her family moved to Russia, where she finished school and received musical training. In 2011 she returned to Armenia and graduated from the music school named after Romanos Melikyan [1].
She performed many concerts at the Narekatsi Art Union and also participated in several charity concerts in nursing homes and schools in the US.
She had several concerts at the "Ford" Amphitheater in Los Angeles and took part in the "Mosaic V Concert" at the "San Gabriel Mission Playhouse" in San Gabriel (California). She had a solo concert in Boston and elsewhere.
On August 23, 2014, she had a solo concert at Cafesjian Art Center. On September 6, the concert with Ruben Hakhverdyan entitled "Eli Ashun" took place.
Elena sings mostly traditional songs in different languages: her native languages Armenian and Russian, but also Italian, French and Spanish.
She is very active on her Youtube channel.
