Eleuthère I. du Pont
Eleuthère ("Thère") I. du Pont is an American business executive. He has been a director of DuPont since 2006.[1] As of 2015, he is the former president of Wawa, a convenience-grocery store franchise; and president of the Longwood Foundation, which supports cultural and related activities in Delaware.[2] He was formerly a senior vice president and CFO of drugstore.com.
He is the son of former Governor of Delaware Pete du Pont and a descendant of the French immigrant Du Pont family that founded the DuPont corporation near Wilmington, Delaware in the early nineteenth century.
