Elevate Gourmet Brands is an American concessions and food-service company specializing in airport concessions, founded in 2018 in San Rafael, CA.

History[edit]

On January 1, 2018, Elevate Gourmet Brands was created when Green Beans Coffee principals sought to add additional food & beverage QSR concepts to their brand portfolio. Elevate Gourmet Brands was formed with Green Beans Coffee as first subsidiary brand. Elevate Gourmet Brands next added Whisk & Bowl, a bakery concept they opened at 2 locations at DFW Airport. Other brands quickly followed.[1]

Elevate Gourmet Brands has QSR locations in major airports such as San Francisco International Airport, Nashville International Airport, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport - Wikipedia, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Baltimore–Washington International Airport, San Antonio International Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport, and Pittsburgh International Airport, as well as dozens of locations on military bases both domestic and abroad, including locations in active war zones.[2]

Elevate Gourmet Brands' Green Beans Coffee has also run the cause marketing campaign Cup of Joe For a Joe Program since 1998.[3][4][5]
