Elito Circa
Elito Circa (Born on January 28, 1970) is a Filipino folk artist known for his hair and blood masterpieces and using indigenous materials. His works of art have a significant contribution to the history of Philippine contemporary arts, like "A thousand and one lives", "Pantabangan Mural Painting History" and many more. Recognized by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts as a Philippine Folk Artist.[1][2][3]
He is also known as Amangpintor and advocates Rural Development through Arts.
