Elizabeth Guarino

Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino (born in Minneapolis, MN) is an 8-time American author,[1] and creator of the long-standing show The Best Ever You Show,[2] which has hosted more than 600 guests including Jack Canfield, Dr. Ivan Misner, Sheri Salata, Anita Moorjani, Tracy Reid, Ed Asner, Gary Kobat, and many other notable personalities.[3] Her children's book 'A Lesson for Every Child' is used to teach children about food allergy awareness.[4] Her book on the subject won the 2022 International Book Award for Non-Fiction/Inspirational.[5]

Early life and career

Guarino was born in Minneapolis, MN, and grew up in Bettendorf, Iowa. She attended Pleasant Valley High School. In 1991, she graduated from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA with a degree in Journalism. Guarino has anaphylaxis to peanuts and is the co-founder of Food Allergy Zone and a spokesperson for Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Connection Team. Guarino is the CEO of The Best Ever You Network and Compliance4.[6][7][8]

Hamilton-Guarino was Mrs. Maine in 2006 and 2011, and was Miss Iowa National Teen-Ager in 1988, and holds the title of Mrs. Maine International 2011.[9]
