Ella Day is an Australian sports administrator, compliance professional, disability sector executive, and former representative athlete based in the Northern Territory. She serves as a Director of Athletics Northern Territory and is an Executive and Compliance Manager at Balanced Coordination Support Services.[1].
Day was born in Karratha, Western Australia, and completed her primary education there before relocating to the Northern Territory. She completed a Diploma of Health Studies at Charles Darwin University and is currently studying Business Law at Curtin University.
As an athlete, Day represented the Northern Territory at numerous national and international athletics competitions. In 2022, she represented Regional Australia at the Oceania Athletics Championships[2]. Throughout her athletics career, she competed across multiple levels of competition and later became involved in sports governance and administration.
In the disability and community services sector, Day has held leadership roles focused on compliance, governance, service quality, and organisational development.
