Ella Issacharoff

Ella Issacharoff is a social entrepreneur from Israel who founded the organization "New Way".  She is passionate about social justice and committed to creating positive social change in the world.  

Ella recognized from an early age the importance  of working towards promoting social justice in Israel, as well as advocating for equal rights and opportunities for all citizens.

Issacharoff studied psychology at Touro collage Berlin. With her knowledge and expertise, in 2023 she founded an organization called "New Way".

The organization's mission is to advance social change and strengthen democracy in Israel as well as bringing together Jews and Arabs to build relationships, learn about each other's cultures, and work towards common goals.

Issacharoff is known for addressing some of the most pressing issues affecting Israeli society today and has received recognition for her work with New Way.

She continues to inspire and empower others to create positive change in their communities, and is a strong advocate for building bridges between different communities to promote understanding and unity.
