Elle A. Smith is an American public administrator. She currently serves as the Assistant Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry in the administration of Governor Glenn Youngkin, supporting the Secretary and Deputy Secretary in overseeing the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the Virginia Department of Forestry, and the Virginia Racing Commission.
