Ellex is a Baltic law firm with offices in Estonia (Ellex Raidla), Latvia (Ellex Klavins) and Lithuania (Ellex Valiunas). Ellex in Estonia was founded in 1993 by Jüri Raidla. Ellex in Latvia was founded in 1992 by Filips Klavins and Raimonds Slaidins. Ellex in Lithuania was founded in 1992 by Rolandas Valiūnas, Raimundas Lideika and Arūnas Petrauskas, who all still work in the law firm. The three firms formed their Baltic alliance in 2015.
