Elohor Aiboni is the first female Managing Director/Chief Executive of Shell Nigeria.[1][2] She was formerly the first female Asset Operations Manager at the Bonga DeepWater Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) facility operated by Shell Nigeria.[3]

Elohor Aiboni graduated with a master's degree in Environmental Management from the University of Bath in Somerset, UK.[3] She also attended the University of Benin in Edo, Nigeria, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering[3] after graduating from the Federal Government Girls' College, Benin.[citation needed]
