Elvin Aghayev is a Researcher at the Independent Institute of Political Research Center [1]who have made many notable contributions in the field of world politics. He is an active contributor to the European Researcher, an International multidisciplinary bilingual scientific journal. [2] In 2012 he was listed in the World Scientist Index for his proactive contribution in the field of political research by the Australian Society for Commerce Industry Engineering.[3]

He was born in Baku, Azerbaijan[4] From 2004 – 2008 he studied Bachelor of Finance at the Azerbaijan State Economic University, Baku, Azerbaijan. Thereafter from 2011 – 2013 he did his masters in Political Science and International Relations at the Istanbul Aydin University.
Notable Contributions[edit]
Elvin Aghayev and Filiz Katman are credited for authoring the Russia Syria relations emphasizing on the historical background and contemporary issues. [5][6] [7][8]This dissertation was also used by the University of Kentucky (USA) in The National Conference on Undergraduate Research. He also authored a dissertation on Germany Turkey relations featuring past and present relation. [9] He also wrote a detail report on the Arab Spring revolt that led to a series of both peaceful and armed revolts in Tunisia, Egypt and Libya.
