Wednesdae Reim Ifrach is a GenderQueer/Non-Binary Art Therapist, Artist & Activist. Their work revolves around intersectional social justice as the cornerstone for interpersonal relationships and human connection. Wednesdae is the founding President of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals New Haven/Hartford Chapter and The Connecticut Art Therapy Association.

They have been published in the field of art therapy on the use of Social Action Art Therapy in treating Compassion Fatigue in Mental Health Professionals and in its usage in Eating Disorder Treatment. Their artwork has been featured on the cover of the Journal of Pain & Palliative Care Pharmacotherapy and they have been featured in art show across Connecticut State including Nasty Women Connecticut.

Wednesdae's most recent work in advocacy has been with Project HEAL where they serve as a board member with a focus on treatment equity access for LGBTQ+, BIPOC, Disabled, Low Socio-Economic, Fat & Size Diverse humans. In their work they are seeking to transform the eating disorder field by expanding peoples views of the human body, health and accessible care. This includes a deeply rooted belief in Health At Every Size. They are also on the board of Anchor Health Initiative where they focus on Gender Affirming Medical Care, Community Care & Intersectional Social Justice.[1]

Wednesdae changed their name to the Wednesdae to honor their GenderQueer Identity and de-gender their professional identity. As of 2021 they have been running Rainbow Recovery their business they Co-Own with Ron Ifrach. [2] They gave been featured in multiple Podcast such a Recovery Bites with Karin Lewis, There's A Word For That[3], and It's Not About Food[4]. They most notably worked with the Museum of Modern Art's "Artful Practices" and was recorded for the project[5]. They were also featured in The Connecticut Voice on an article focusing on Non-Binary Identities[6] and have done multiple interviews with high-profile people including Actor Misha Osherovich, Author & Activist Jeffery Marsh, and the First Trans Man on the cover of Men’s Health magazine Aydian Dowling [7].

Their most notable work is founding Walden Behavioral Care's Rainbow Road the United States of America's first Virtual 2SLGBTQIA+ Eating Disorder IOP/PHP run by Queer People for Queer People. [8]
