Emaan Singh Mann is a businessman and Indian politician that belongs to the Sikh-centric Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar). He is a senior member of this party, being the biological son of 3 time Lok Sabha MP and Party president Simranjit Singh Mann.[1]
Electoral Performance[edit]
Mann has contested Punjab Vidhan Sabha elections under Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) various times in the past, none of which were ever successfully won. He had lost his security deposits a few elections.[2] One such occurrence was in the constituency of Sirhind during the state election of 2007, where Mann received the 3rd position with 9,286 votes, being roughly 8.03% of the total turnout.[3][4]
Emaan Singh had also contested the 2022 election from Fatehgarh Sahib Assembly constituency, in which he ranked fourth place with 12,271 votes at 9.79 of the total vote.[5]

In April 2024, Mann was declared as the Shiromani Akali Dal (Amritsar) candidate for Amritsar Lok Sabha constituency to contest the 2024 Indian general election.[6][7]
