Emilie Rose Bishop

Emilie Rose Bishop is an American chef, jazz singer and media personality. She has appeared as a contestant on Food Network's Guy's Grocery Games on several occasions.

Cooking Career

Bishop has worked in multiple the Michelin starred restaurants, including Moto.

Early Life

Bishop was born in Green Bay, Wisconsin on February 17, 1980. Her family moved to Door County when she was young. Her parents, both teachers, opted to remove her from school after the first day of Kindergarten. From that point forward she was homeschooled in a semi-rural setting. She received no formal training in either the culinary or musical disciplines, and has gained notoriety in both areas for the unique perspectives that she shares with her colleagues.

Music

Bishop specializes in traditional jazz singing, although she has songwriting experience in pop and modern rock. She has performed in venues across the United States.
