Emma Boettcher

Emma Boettcher is a librarian at the University of Chicago and competed on Jeopardy in June 2019.[1] Boettcher beat Jeopardy champion James Holzhauer, who had amassed the second-highest total in Jeopardy history.[2] Boettcher wrote her thesis analyzing Jeopardy clues and credits her research with her success on the show.[3]
