Emmanuel Buliki

Early life

The late Emmanuel Buliki was born in Bitoto village based in Sengerema District - Mwanza in 1952. He attained his secondary education at Tanga Secondary School and later joined University of Dar es Salaam from 1972 - 1975 to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He pursued a Master's Degree in Economics from Leeds University in the early 1980s.

Career

The late Emmanuel Buliki began his career at The Board of External Trade (B.E.T), currently known as TANTRADE, from the year 1975 as Principal Marketing Officer. He later served in various positions such as Director of External Relation, and was also appointed as Director General.

Death

Emmanuel Buliki died on 11 July 2004 when he was receiving treatment in Dar es Salaam.
