The Empire 88 Tower[1] known as Empire City Building is an Ho Chi Minh City Megaproject Building. The Construction have started in 2020, This Building is used for Residential and Hotel for the customer. This Towers stand 333 Meters which is 1,093 feet. This Building is Vietnamese Dream. This Building is made out of Material Called Steel. And their status is purposed and it’s have another name called Empire City Building.
This Building have a lots of details, according to the owner, this would be finished by 2022. This building is planned to be an Landmark for the visitors, this develop and changed the whole Vietnam HDI and their Quality of Life. This Building used to be named Empire City Building [2] but it got Cancelled in 2017 and started to built again 2020. This towers is to supported their country right movement.
This Towers is the second highest point in Ho Chi Minh City when the sea level rise. It stand 333 meters from a Sea Level away. Is mostly gonna located in the downtown of Ho Chi Minh city or in one of the district. This Building have an incredible Floor. It have a view for the people to watch on the pretty sky during night. They may have a dinner room for the people to eat. Empire City is being built in sections by different developers, and the first stage is under construction.

This Dream [3] Building is also an tower is an majorly development in the District 2, Ho Chi Minh City The project is located on one of the prime riverfront subdivisions of the Thu Thiem new urban area. The Empire City development covers 14.56 hectares and it will include over 3000 apartments, hotels, retail, food and beverage, and Grade A office space. The project features the Empire 88 Tower by Büro Ole Scheeren. At 333 metres it’s the tallest proposed tower in Thu Thiem, and it will be a defining landmark of the city skyline.
Empire City is the Zone 2B development lot of the Thu Thiem new urban area. The land is on the riverfront of the Saigon River in District 2, opposite District 4. It’s next to the Thu Thiem Tunnel and Mai Chi Tho Street. The project is located between land reserved for Eco Smart City by Lotte (Zone 2A), and the future sports and entertainment complex (Zone 2C). Empire City is separated from the Eco Smart City by a park that is above the tunnel. The riverfront will be a public park and not blocked by the development.
There are 11 sub-divisions that have the project reference “MU”. Not all of the information is available yet so I will update this when it becomes available. The signature tower of Empire City is the Empire 88 Tower. This will be connected to two other towers on a podium that resembles rice terraces. The towers include:
– Empire 88 Tower (MU1): 333 metres, 88 floors above ground.[4] – Office Tower (MU2): 165 metres, 36 floors above ground. – Residential Tower (MU3): 124 metres, 34 floors above ground.
The Cloud Space[edit]
The Cloud Space[5] is an Floor of Empire 88 tower, it located at the highest-point of the Tower. This Place is where for the people to enjoy outside eating the dinners outside and talk with. This is an public journey area for the people to go outside with somebody who love to view the entire Ho Chi Minh City skyscrapers. This also have an activists for the people and they could bring theirs stuff out there.
This Floor is also for viewing to see the Skyscraper of the city. All Whilst celebrating the shimmering views of bustling metropolis of Ho Chi Minh City. This is an Public area where some people host a games for their friends or family to play outside while viewing the skyscrapers inside of the building and on the floor 88 and it’s the last floor.
Sky Forest[edit]
The Sky Forest[6] is an Floor with a garden and they also have a garden outside of the building with a safe floor just like a bridge but a small version. This is an stunning collection of high-rise towers and public spaces for the people to explore. This building have a very beautiful nature for their forest and have something and have a little waterfall into garden inside the building of the floor. This tower is to set the local system of the building. [7]
Inside the building there is so many beautiful, it have a stairs and a elevator for people to go inside and exploring the nature of the beautiful with the little waterfall. They have a little tree, bushes and some little forest and jungle with an animal on the tv within the beauty of the nature of the building where many visitors could see it.
Reside, this floor is perfectly encompassing a symbiotic vision of nature and living within the buzzing metropolis. This is also one of the most expensive floor built in this whole building, they including also a real bushes and a palm tree or just a tree that look like realistic. They make an waterfall into the floor but they made it more realistic because that just an robot waterfall that look more realistic and it doesn’t get wet.

Empire City is a high-class apartment building in District 2, developed by 3 reputable investors Keppel Land - Tien Phuoc - Tran Thai.
Empire City is a complex with a prime location right in the Thu Thiem new urban area and the front of the Saigon River. The outstanding project with the tallest building Empire 88 in Vietnam is under construction, including a 5-star hotel, commercial area, office area, and high-class apartments.[8]
