Born 20 July, 1889 in Noxuia City, as Hotaka Noxuia I (Noxuia Hotaka Flavii) was a member of the Noxuia Hotak Flavii Royal Family, Empress of Noxuia between 1914 and 1945, and helped defeat Oskovia in the First World War. Most notably, Empress Noxuia officially led armies into the Oskovian capital to end the First World War in the west.
Noxuia died due to an unknown disease on 22 June, 1945. It is believed to be stomach cancer. Upon her death, an emergency provisional government was put into place, replacing the Royal Family with a parliamentary system.
