Emre Faner (born March 24, 1994 in Erzurum, Turkey) is a Turkish ice hockeyplayer. Currently, he plays in the Turkish Ice Hockey Super League for Izmir BB GSK and is a member of the Turkey men's national ice hockey team. The 1.76 m (5 ft 9 1⁄2 in) tall defenseman at 75 kg (165 lb) shoots right-handed.[1][2]

Emre Faner started ice hockey performing end of 2009 because he found it more enjoyable than football playing he did previously. He joined the local team Erzurum Gençlik SK.[3] After playing two seasons with Erzurum Gençlik SK from 2012 to 2014,[1][2] he was transferred by Izmir BB GSK.
International[edit]
Faner was admitted to the Turkey men's national U-20 ice hockey team and played at the 2013 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships – Division III matches in Sofia, Bulgaria,[4][5] and at the 2014 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships – Division III matches in Izmir, Turkey.[6][7]
Faner joined the Turkey men's national ice hockey team, and debuted at the 2013 IIHF World Championship Division II B Tournament matches in İzmit, Turkey.[8][9][10] He participates at the 2014 IIHF World Championship Division II Group B Tournament in Jaca, Spain.[11]
