Endeavour Software Technologies
Endeavour Software Technologies is an enterprise mobility software company, based out of Austin, TX, and noted for contributions to the rapid mobile application development space. [1][2]
Company history
The company was founded in Bangalore, India, in 2004 by four Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur alumni but soon moved its headquarters to Texas, United States. The company grew organically until 2012, when it received an investment from the Singapore-based private equity firm Basil Partners. It was acquired by Genpact[3][4] in an all-cash deal in April 2016.
The company was led by CEO and Co-Founder Avinash Misra[5] until he left in 2017.
About 400 people were employed across offices in the US, India, UK, and Singapore at the time of the acquisition.
