EnerJew is a Jewish youth movement established in 2013. This movement operates in countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States and aims to foster a strong connection between Jewish teenagers and their cultural heritage. EnerJew experienced substantial growth, reaching 1,800 teenage members (ages 13–18) in 25 cities across the region by 2015. EnerJew's goal is to integrate young people into the Jewish community and to develop them as active members. It provides activities and promotes the practice of Judaism so that they can become fully integrated members of the community. EnerJew also equips young people with the knowledge and skills needed to become future community leaders. The movement focuses on three key areas: connection, continuity, and initiative. [1][2][3][4]
