Enrico Meneghetti (born August 1974)[1] is an Italian real estate investor based in London.
Career
Meneghetti is associated with Enma Capital & Partners Limited, a London-based firm involved in hospitality real estate investments.[2]
In 2020, Enma Capital advised on Octanto Rev 1, a securitisation vehicle sponsored by Quianto Capital that raised €185 million for hotel properties in Porto Cervo, Sardinia.[3][4] The fund acquired two sites planned for refurbishment and branding as Rosewood and Delano hotels, with openings originally targeted for 2022 and 2023.[5] A 2021 report noted delays and uncertainties in the projects.[6] As of 2025, the hotels have not opened under those brands.
In 2015, Meneghetti coordinated a local consortium bidding to invest in and develop Lugano Airport (Agno) in Switzerland, focusing on general aviation and real estate.[7][8]
Polo
Meneghetti is a polo player and patron of the Quianto Capital Polo Team at Guards Polo Club.[9] The team participated in tournaments including the Social Cup and Prince of Wales's Championship Cup in 2025.[10]
