ErectaStep is an American company which designs, engineers, manufactures and sells metal stairs, work platforms and handrails to customers via a distribution network. ErectaStep is a subsidiary of SixAxis LLC and is located in Andrews, South Carolina.[1] It was launched in 2010.[2] ErectaStep is one of the thirteen brands of SixAxis.[3]
In November 2011, Plant Engineering shortlisted ErectaStep platform and stair system in the Safety category of the 'Product of the Year' finalists.[4][5] In 2016, ErectaStep participated in Packaging Innovations — the UK’s leading packaging event, held in Birmingham.[6] In 2017, ErectaStep announced the introduction of three new OSHA compliant products; commercial stairs, architectural stairs and portable stairs in addition to the already produced industrial stairs.[7][8]
