Erik Foley (born June 30, 1997) is an American ice hockey player, who was selected in the 3rd round, 78th overall by the Winnipeg Jets in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.[1] He currently plays at Providence College.
Playing career
Foley helped lead Team USA to a bronze medal at the 2014 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament. Foley joined the Cedar Rapids Roughriders for the 2014–15 USHL season. Foley was invited to participate in the 2014 CCM/USA Hockey All-American Prospects Game, but was unable to attend due to suffering a concussion shortly beforehand.[2] On May 28, 2015, Foley was named to the 2014-15 USHL All-Rookie Team. Foley is currently playing for the Providence College Men's Ice Hockey team during the 2015–16 season.[3]
