Erika Tazawa (田沢恵里香 (たざわえりか))[1] is a Japanese-born pianist. She performs as a soloist and in ensembles in addition to collaborative piano. [2] Belarca Records released her solo album debut "Rhythm of Silence" in 2016 performing the music of Douwe Eisenga, Francesco Di Fiore, Marc Mellits, Matteo Sommacal and William Susman. [3] In 2011, She appeared on the album Walimai with Jonathan Wintringham, saxophone, Michael Djupstrom, piano and Timothy McAllister, saxophone.She received a bachelors and masters degree in piano performance from the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam.[4] She has appeared at the Hot Springs Music Festival[5] and SongFest Los Angeles.[6][not in citation given]
