He is the Founder of Logic Solutions LLC, operating as 10XAppointment.com, a U.S.-based performance marketing firm specializing in high-intent lead generation and appointment setting infrastructure for the home improvement and local services sectors.
Early Life
Errol Chin was born in George Town, the capital city of the Malaysian state of Penang, on the 12th of September 1980.
He attended St. Xavier's Institution, at Farquhar Street in George Town, Penang, Malaysia, is the oldest Lasallian school in SouthEast Asia and the Catholic Lasallian school in Malaysia. After high school he enrolled in a local private university college in Malaysia UOW Malaysia KDU (Formerly known as KDU University College) to major in Computer Science. He dropped out after two years, deciding instead to join the off-shore oil and gas industry as a Radio Operator.
Career
In 2016, following a decade-long career in the offshore oil and gas industry, Chin transitioned into digital marketing. In 2018, he founded Logic Solutions, initially operating as a direct-response agency before pivoting to a specialized performance-based model.
Under Chin’s leadership, the firm developed the 10XAppointment framework, a proprietary acquisition system designed to eliminate reliance on shared leads and manual follow-up for contractors. The system focuses on offer-market alignment and automated qualification, serving industries such as roofing, solar, and remodeling across the United States.
Chin is recognized for his "operator-first" approach, moving away from traditional agency retainers in favor of outcome-based engagements tied to revenue milestones and booked projects.
