Eser Tümen (born 17 March 1945, Istanbul - died on 27 January 2010, Maldives) was a Turkish businessman and capital project engineer for construction of the FSM Bridge.[1] He also was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of STFA Group Construction.[2]
He died of heart attack in Maldives.[3]
