Recykol is a digital recycling and redemption management platform that connects customers, drivers, redemption centers, and operators. It simplifies recyclable-container pickups and walk-in redemptions through QR/barcode tracking, scheduling, payments, inventory management, accounting records, and operational reporting—all within one integrated platform.
Its primary purpose is to make container redemption easier to operate, track, and account for—from the moment a customer requests a pickup or brings containers to a redemption center through payment, inventory, and distributor reimbursement.
What Recykol does
The platform supports the complete redemption workflow:
Customers can request mobile pickup, receive QR/barcode labels, track pickups, and receive their bottle/container refund. Drivers can manage assigned pickups, scan bags and QR/barcodes, track schedules, and record completed collections. Redemption Centers (RCs) can process both scheduled pickups and walk-in redemptions, including registered and unregistered customers. Tenants/operators can manage redemption centers, drivers, service areas, fees, schedules, minimum pickup thresholds, and operational settings. Accounting & Control Records track customer refunds, cash activity, inventory, handling-fee income, distributor reimbursements, receivables, expenses, payroll/contractor payments, damaged/rejected bags, and other operational records. Distributor processing tracks containers shipped to distributors, accepted/rejected quantities, deposit reimbursements, handling fees, invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
