European Flavours & Fragrances, also known as EFF, is a multi-national flavour and fragrance manufacturing company headquartered in Ware, UK with locations in Paris, Dubai, Barcelona, Polska, Chennai, Istanbul, and Singapore. EFF is an accredited member of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA).[1]

The company was founded in 1981 by Clive Kersey, a former executive[2] at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF).
In 1991, EFF Singapore was formed in Tai Seng Avenue, consisting of sales, marketing, laboratory and creative services alongside warehousing and stock holding facilities.
In 2000, EFF Poland was opened near Warsaw with flavour and fragrance stock holding facilities and local evaluation services.
In 2008, EFF opened a 10,000 square foot state of the art fragrance manufacturing facility in Chennai, India.
In 2011, EFF Dubai was formed to cater to the Middle East and surrounding countries.
In 2012, EFF announced the opening of state of the art flavour manufacturing facilities in the Jurong Food Hub in Singapore to service customers in southeast Asia with Halal, GMP and ISO accreditation. That same year, a fragrance EFF created for one of their clients was nominated for the “Perfume Extraordinaire" [3] award by the Fragrance Foundation, formerly known as the FiFi Awards.
In 2013, EFF acquired the flavour division of fragrance & Flavour company, Eurofragance S.L. in Barcelona [4] and in the same year expanded operations in Spain, Dubai, and Turkey.
The company rebranded in 2015[5] and the new brand was recognized as one of the "Best Brands in Europe" by Transform Magazine. [6]
EFF is a privately owned company owned by managed by its board of directors in the UK and global affiliate managers / directors Mark Buxton – EFF Paris, Ozgul Turgut – EFF Turkey. Sergio Serrano - EFF Spain, Dorota Kossabudzka – EFF Poland, V Kirthivasan EFF- India, Herman Tan - EFF Singapore, and Mark Clift EFF - Dubai.
