Eurovision Choir 2021 was set to be the 3rd Eurovision Choir competition for choral singers, organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and Interkultur. On 28th June 2021 Interkultur announced that the event was canceled because of Covid-19 restrictions on large groups of people singing and social distancing.[1]

- Belgium – On 19 October 2020, Interkultur announced that Belgium would not be the host country of the 2021 contest. For the first time, the contest would not be aligned as part of the European Choir Games.[2]
Other countries[edit]
- Switzerland – Swiss public broadcaster SRG SSR confirmed in September 2020 that they would not participate in the 2021 contest.[3]
- Wales – While Wales had initially confirmed their participation in the contest in May 2020,[4] the Welsh national final Côr Cymru was delayed to 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Wales, leaving the country's participation in doubt.[5]
