Evan Semones

Evan Taylor Semones (born October 1, 1992) is an American journalist for POLITICO.[1] He formerly worked for CNN, among other outlets.[2]

Biography[edit]

Semones was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. While attending R.J. Reynolds High School and serving as visual editor for the school's newspaper, The Pine Whispers, he became a freelance contributor for Getty Images.[3] Semones attended the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he majored in broadcast journalism and was a multimedia reporter for The Daily Tar Heel.[4]
