Eventbase is a privately held company headquartered in Vancouver, BC with an office in London, UK. Eventbase develops mobile event apps for enterprise level companies and large global events.

History[edit]

Founded by Ben West and Jeff Sinclair in 2009 with the original company name of Xomo Digital, Eventbase was launched with a contract to create the first event app of the Olympic Games for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics.[1] Following the Olympic Games, Eventbase created event apps for film, music and interactive festivals as well as for trade shows and conferences for fortune 500 companies. The company is known for integrating emerging technologies such as beacons[2] and chatbots[3] into it's mobile event apps.
