Everlayn Borges
Everlayn "Ever" Borges (born 18 December 1980) is a Cuban-American actress, dancer and singer. She has served as a back up vocalist and featured dancer for Julio Iglesias as well as acted in several movies and theatrical performances including Miami Vice and Miami Libre.
Career[edit]
Borges started dancing and performing on local television in Cuba when she was just six years old. At the age of eight Everlayn was selected to attend the National School of Arts in Havana and by 17 she was traveling internationally with a Cuban Ballet Troupe. Her first professional break came as a principal dancer and back up singer for Julio Iglesias. Borges' film credits include Dark Queen, Dostana, Miami Vice, The Prince and the Pauper, and Matrimonio Alle Bahamas. Television credits include Showtime's Going to California, Univision's Sabado Gigante and HDNet's Get Out. Everlayn has also been featured in numerous music videos, print and television commercials. Borges has performed on stage in Miami LIbre, Tony and Tina's Wedding, and Combing Through Life's Tangles.[1] [2]
