History
1911 Lambert Fell starts in Bonn the production of welding hand torches and pressure regulators.
1932 Hugo Everwand starts in Lörrach the production of gas welding equipment and pressure regulators.
1936 Hugo Everwand moves to Solingen.
1960 Hugo Everwand starts to design and manufacture automated fixtures to braze and weld knife handles.
1965 The production of gas welding equipment and regulators expand to complete gas manifold systems.
1969 Rolf Everwand enters the ma¬nagement of the company.
1979 Rolf Everwand merges both companies to the Everwand & Fell GmbH.
1983 The brazing machine divisions is intensively expanding.
1994 Michael Everwand enters the management of the company.
2002 Everwand Druckgastechnik GmbH is founded to manufacture flexible hose systems and special products for technical, cryogenic and corrosive gases.
2006 Everwand Druckgastechnik GmbH starts to expand the division for on-site gas piping installations and gas plant engineering.
2010 Foundation of the business unit „iGas – gas engineering“
2011 Michael Everwand purchases 50% shares of the GasTech GmbH for high purity gas technology.
2012 The production of GasTech moves to Solingen and opens a new clean room.
2013 The first hydrogen PEM-Electrolyser is assembled.
2014 Successful certification acc. to ISO 9001
2016 New product line of conveying systems for the printing industry
